The customer, before signing for the delivery must check and ensure they have all items without any shortages & any noticable damage to the outer packaging. Shortages/Damage must be recorded at time of delivery. As soon as the delivery of goods is accepted, the customer shall be responsible for the goods. We are unable to make a claim for damaged goods or missing parts if it is not noted at the time of delivery.
Conditions and Warranties:
In addition to the Customer’s statutory rights all furniture comes with a 1 year MANUFACTURERS guarantee and we will pass on the details of the manufactuers to you if required.They are UK based and will sort any unlikely problems you may have.On certain products by their very nature the guarantee will only apply provided you have maintained your products in accordance with instructions provided and use only recommended applications. All items constructed from Keruing, Acacia and Eucalyptus must be treated with a good quality hardwood sealer oil prior to use in order to maintain the quality of the wood. Failure to do so will invalidate any guarantee on the product. Items constructed from iron/steel have natural properties conducive to some rusting and so the guarantee will not cover any products that show signs of rust. All replacement parts for Gazebos/Marquees purchased from us will be sent out FOC within 6 months,we can provide spare parts at cost after this date.
Cancellation or rescheduling of deliveries will only be considered by the Company if made at least 12 hours before dispatch of the goods, and shall be subject to acceptance by the Company at the Company’s sole discretion and subject to a reasonable administration charge by the Company.
Sold “Unseen” Cooling Off: Where goods are ordered “unseen” the Customer has a 7 day “Cooling off” cancellation period from date of delivery, providing the product is unpened & returned in its original packing and the products return in saleable condition. In this event the Customer must pay the initial delivery and subsequent collection or return charges. The Customer cannot cancel an order past the 7-day period unless the customer pays the Company costs of the cancellation and due to circumstances.
The Buyer hereby agrees to indemnify the Company against all loss cost (including loss of profit and the cost of labour and materials and overheads incurred) damages, charges and expenses arising out of the contract and its cancellation or rescheduling.
In the event that the customer changes their mind for whatever reason & wishes to cancel their order within the first seven days of the order date, the company will deduct a £20.00 administration charge from the refund to cover administration costs.
